Acceptable-use policy

Draft for The VALOR Groups' review before launch.

  1. Your account is yours alone. Never share your password or authenticator codes.
  2. Protected material stays inside VALOR OS. Don't copy, photograph, forward or re-upload restricted, confidential or highly restricted material elsewhere.
  3. Media carries the VALOR brand. Everything edited in the media studio is stamped with the VALOR logo and is published only after approval.
  4. Meeting rooms are for VALOR accounts. Rooms marked for organizational accounts admit only VALOR email addresses.
  5. Activity is recorded. Sign-ins, work, and access to protected material are logged to protect the organization and its people.

Automatic enforcement

Serious violations (for example repeated attempts to open material above your access, unusual download activity, or a critical violation reported by your supervisor) suspend your access automatically and end your sessions. Your supervisor and VALOR's leadership are told.

Access is restored only when your supervisor or a superior requests it and two directors, or the President or Vice President approve. The original event and every decision stay on record.
